Hybrid Creative Designer
As an Asian. I did not turn out what my parents wanted me to be, like a lawyer or doctor. I beat the odds and become a Creative Designer.
Since young, I love doodling and once I accidentally doodle on the wall which made my mother very furious! But that did not stop me. I remember printing my first drawing in school, I was like "WOW! I can turn my imagination and make it into reality! So much endless opportunity to express my creativity and annoy my parents by Photoshopping them!".
This passion eventually carried me through my education at Chatsworth Mediart Academy. I studied how to balance design, applying creativity to print and digital media properly and correctly, create a magazine and packaging from scratch. And it was here that I truly learned how much there was yet to learn.
Now having been in the industry since 2014, this passion remains strong with me. Having been mentored by lecturers and my superiors to mentoring my junior designers. There is certainly more to learn, yet more problem to solve and much more design to create.
